Hillcrest Cottages is readily accessible from Interstate 87 (I-87, the Adirondack Northway).

From the South (Albany and South of Albany)

Take the New York State Thruway to Exit 24 Albany.  After the toll booths take Exit 1N to Interstate 87 (I-87) North.  After approximately 75 minutes, take Exit 25 (Chestertown/Brant Lake).  Make a RIGHT off of the exit ramp onto Route 8 East. Travel two miles on Route 8, Hillcrest Cottages will be on the right.
From NYC: 4 1/2 hours
From Albany: 75 minutes

 

From the North

Take Interstate 87 (I-87) South to Exit 25. Turn LEFT onto Route 8 East. Travel two miles on Route 8, Hillcrest Cottages will be on the right.
